Refund and Returns Policy

We want every Zelvani piece to arrive exactly as expected. If you need to request a return, please contact us first so we can review your request and provide the correct next steps.

Approval & Instructions

Once reviewed, we will reply with the next steps and return instructions if your request is approved.

Inspection & Refund

After the item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and free from damage not caused in transit.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Earrings, unless faulty or sent in error.
  • Items returned in a worn, altered, or damaged condition not caused by a product fault.
  • Gift cards, where applicable.

Refunds & Returns Summary

All return and refund requests must be started by emailing contact@zelvani.com first.
Return Window
Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing Time
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong product, please contact contact@zelvani.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it quickly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges through the website. If you would like a different item, please contact us first and we will advise on the best option based on availability.
